 How to Order 
1. Open an email. Address it to kwells@telus.net
You can normally expect a response within 24 hours during the
week.
2. Copy and paste the order form to the opened email.
3. Next, fill in the order form indicating the item and
the
quantity you wish to order. Filling in the price is optional.
4. Fill in the customer information form your address
etc.
and be added to our data base.
5. Soapcraft.ca will confirm receipt of your order
and email you the total including shipping.
6. Orders normally ship the day of / or the day
following
receipt of payment.
7. Preferred methods of payment are: E-mail
money
transfer (which you can do if you have online banking in Canada),
Direct Deposit to CIBC whereby you do so at a CIBC wicket,
Cheque or Money Order. Less preferred, but always accepted are:
Visa, MasterCard, Hyperwallet & Paypal. Please state your
method of payment at
the time of ordering.
8. US orders are welcome. At this time (Aug 2010), the
exchange rate is approx $1.00 US buys $1.10 Canadian. This
ratio will change as the exchange rate changes.
9. Email orders are preferred. If you are
having difficulty, then you can place your order by phone at (604- 467
8347).
10. I reserve the right to charge a handling fee
(2.00) if changes are made to an order after items have been
measured or poured.

SHIPPING
The minimum price of shipping within Canada is
6.95. The cost increases primarily with the distance
travelled, more so than the size or weight of the parcel
Shipping normally occurs the day of or the day following receipt of
payment.
Shipping within Canada is sent EXPEDITED via Canada Post including
insurance and tracking numbers. This is faster and cheaper
than regular parcel post. You can request other shipping methods
(courier etc) when you place your order.
For shipping to the US, you have a choice of GROUND POSTAGE (can be
from 1 - 4 weeks depending on location and border holdups or AIR
(usually only a few days). Small packets, under 1kg in weight
(2.2 lbs) are very inexpensive to ship.
All the packing materials are recycled. This includes the
boxes & packing paper (courtesy of Uptown Health and my own
incoming shipments) & the foam peanuts (courtesy of a friend
who sells Party Lite candles).
All shipping is from V2W 1B4, vicinity of Vancouver, Canada
Shipping costs are as close to actual as is possible.; Costs
are based on destination, size and weight. Buying larger
quantities is economical as shipping a box which is twice the size and
weight does not cost twice as much; in fact only a few dollars more, so
go for it, you'll be glad you did.
